The HandiFoam E84 P12125 is a compact, disposable II-15 low-pressure spray polyurethane foam kit designed for professional air sealing, insulation, void filling, sound deadening, and vibration reduction. Its two-component HFO formulation creates a medium-density foam with greater than 90% closed-cell content, providing seamless coverage and helping reduce air leakage throughout the building envelope.
The II-15 provides up to 15 board feet of theoretical yield and an initial R-value of 6.6 at 1-inch thickness. The foam becomes tack-free in approximately 30–60 seconds and fully cures in about one hour. At 2-inch thickness, HandiFoam E84 achieves ASTM E84 Class A performance with a Flame Spread Index of 5 and Smoke Developed Index of 450.
The disposable E84 system uses an HFO blowing agent designed to reduce global-warming impact compared with older foam chemistries and carries UL GREENGUARD Gold certification. HandiFoam specifies a 24-month shelf life for disposable kits. This product is intended for professional use only, and appropriate PPE, ventilation, SDS guidance, and operating instructions should be followed during application.
