Product Description
When a refrigerator isn’t cool enough, food can spoil, leading to unnecessary waste and expense. If it’s set too cold, it uses more electricity than needed, also costing you money. Finding the right balance keeps food fresh while conserving energy.
The slim, credit-card-style Refrigerator Thermometer Card from Conserve Smart hangs neatly inside your fridge to clearly show the temperature. This simple tool helps prevent waste from improper settings. For optimal performance, keep the temperature between 36 °F and 39 °F—cold enough to protect food but not so cold that energy is wasted. Temperatures outside this range can cause spoilage or increase the risk of foodborne illness.
