The BRK First Alert SC610 is a 2-in-1 smoke and carbon monoxide alarm designed for residential spaces that need dual-hazard protection without hardwired installation. It combines photoelectric smoke detection with an electrochemical CO sensor, helping protect against both fire and carbon monoxide hazards in bedrooms, hallways, apartments, rental units, and home safety upgrades.
This model uses a sealed 10-year lithium battery, so no battery replacements are required for the life of the alarm. It also includes LED indicators for easier troubleshooting, SoftCue™ replacement reminders to reduce disruptive chirps, a Test/Silence button, latching alarm memory, self-diagnostic malfunction warnings, and end-of-life alerts.
