The Minneapolis Blower Door™ Three Hole Panel from The Energy Conservatory is built for high-capacity blower door testing where a single- or dual-fan setup is not enough. With three fan openings, this red nylon panel allows building performance professionals to mount three Model 3 or Model 4 fans in one commercial blower door frame, making it useful for larger buildings, commercial envelope testing, multifamily projects, and other air leakage tests that require more airflow capacity.
The panel is made from heavyweight coated nylon treated to reduce airflow through the fabric, helping support cleaner test conditions during building envelope diagnostics. Its extended width is designed for TEC commercial blower door frames, while Velcro strips secure the panel around the outside of the frame. Elastic cords sewn into the fan openings help create a snug fit around the blower door fans during testing, giving energy auditors, weatherization teams, and enclosure testing contractors a practical accessory for triple-fan setups.
