Conservation Mart LLC Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by Conservation Mart LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Conservation Mart") to Customer on orders for products sold by Conservation Mart), and may not be altered in any way, shape, or form. Any attempt to modify this document in any way, or to place an order under terms and conditions other than those stated in this document will nullify said order, unless a signed agreement between you and Conservation Mart can be produced.

Returns

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "Customer Service" link in the top-right hand corner of our web page followed clicking on the “Returns” link.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Conservation Mart. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Conservation Mart to process your RMA. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

All returns requests for a refund after 30 days of order delivery date are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Terms

Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order weight. Conservation Mart offers shipping via both United States Postal Service (USPS) Fedex and United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders for product in stock will generally ship the same or next business day, unless otherwise scheduled for a specific delivery cycle. Drop shipments are sent direct from the manufacturer and are subject to the shipping times available from their docks.

Payment Terms, Orders & Conditions

Terms of payment shall be determined at Conservation Mart's discretion. All terms must be agreed to by Conservation Mart prior to acceptance of Customer's order. Payment shall be made by credit card, procurement card, check or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to Conservation Mart. Orders are not binding on Conservation Mart until accepted by Conservation Mart. Any quotation provided by Conservation Mart will be valid for the duration stated in the quotation. If no duration is stated, such quotation will be valid for 72 hours. Where payment is made by credit and/or procurement card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the card and Conservation Mart shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. If Conservation Mart has agreed to extend credit terms, Customer shall pay invoices within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice and otherwise in accordance with the terms stated on such invoice.

Returned Checks

There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. A warrant is issued for all checks not paid within 30 days of notification.

Product Availability and Prices

Product availability may change without notice. Conservation Mart reserves the right to notify customers of inventory and price changes at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order or to limit the order quantity on any product ordered. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between us will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. If your order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

Sales Tax

Conservation Mart charges applicable sales tax for all orders delivered in the state of Georgia and in some circumstances MA and WI. The customer is responsible for paying the state and local tax in their state on all orders delivered outside of Georgia. Orders delivered in the state of Georgia which are for resale purposes, will be charged applicable sales tax, unless the appropriate tax exempt certificate is delivered to Conservation Mart prior to the sale.

Limitation of Liability

In returning any product to Conservation Mart, the consumer enters an AGREEMENT that any damage or negligence on the part of Conservation Mart, or agents will only entitle you to a replacement of the product in question. In any other case, product(s) purchased through Conservation Mart will not incur any warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages are excluded. Conservation Mart does not warrant any product it sells for any purpose.

Promotions

To redeem promotional offers, please follow the directions and guidelines listed with each specific program. Remember to indicate the Coupon Code found with each promotion. Individual promotional offers are limited to one per customer and offers cannot be combined. Promotion effective and expiration dates can be found on each promotional piece. Requests must be received by the expiration date listed on each piece. Void outside the United States, where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Open to individual legal residents of the fifty United States and/or the District of Columbia who have attained the age of 18 years or older as of the promotion beginning date, excluding employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies. When applicable allow six to eight weeks for delivery of free item. Free item may be shipped separately from order. All offers are while supplies last.
