Conservation Mart Return Policy

We have an easy 30 day return policy. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Merchandize Authorization Form and check your email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning products. After your RMA number is received, please return the item(s) in original packaging, and write the RMA outside the package.

General Product Returns

****You must have an RMA number to return any merchandise****

  • Eligible Time Period: 30 days from delivery date
  • Non-Eligible Products: caulks, foams, mastic, tapes, conservation kits, clearance/hot buy items and items not in original condition

We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but we are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, good condition, so please pack returns carefully. Upon receipt, a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. This fee will be waived if an order is placed at the time of the return for equal or more than the returns value. All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Note: In order to keep our prices low we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage fees. Both the original shipping fee and the return postage fee are non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Product Returns

Eligible Time Period is 5 business days from delivery date.
If an order has arrived damaged you should notify Conservation Mart within 5 business days. All packaging should be kept because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned, Conservation Mart will either issue a UPS call tag or provide a prepaid return address label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit. Conservation Mart will replace the product(s) at no charge. If the total amount of the product for replacement is under $25, a refund, rather than a replacement will be offered to the customer. Shipping small one item packages drastically increases the chances for damage. We will not be responsible for damaged items shipped outside of the US.

Defective Product Returns

If the merchandise fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, but after one year from the purchase date, Conservation Mart reserves the right to refer you to the manufacturer for replacement of the failed product. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for warranty replacement(s). For orders shipping internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska, customer is responsible for shipping costs for warranty replacements at all times . Conservation Mart will replace the product(s) at no charge. If the total amount of the defective product is under $25, a refund, rather than a replacement will be offered to the customer.

Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to Conservation Mart marked as undeliverable, we will contact you for a valid address. You will be responsible to pay the cost of the returned package. You will also be charged for the actual cost of shipping even if you initially received promotional shipping. Conservation Mart is not responsible for incorrect addresses, 3rd delivery attempts or any other customer created errors.
