Shipping and Delivery


Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order weight. To get a shipping estimate add items(s) to your shopping cart and click on Estimate Shipping. Conservation Mart offers shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex and United Parcel Service (UPS). Unless specified otherwise, most orders in-stock products ship within 1 business day for Ground shipments. Orders designated as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air received after 1:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.

Note: Our business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays.

Order status and tracking information may be monitored through the Your Account section of the site.

International Shipments

The price of shipping will be determined based on the weight of your order. NOTE: International orders do not qualify for any Free Shipping offers.


At Conservation Mart we are sensitive to that fact and strive to reduce both our customers’ and our own environmental impacts. We strive to reuse packaging boxes whenever possible.


If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail. You are also able to check on an order’s status through the Your Account section of our site.

Free Shipping

For items designated as Free Shipping, Conservation Mart will select the most economical shipping method which includes UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS. Free Shipping offers are only valid for locations in the 48 Contiguous United States and does not apply on shipments to Hawaii, Canada, Alaska, or any other International destination. This offer is also not valid for APO/FPO locations. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other available offers, discounts, or incentives. Free Shipping using LTL (truck deliveries) covers business to business deliveries. Any other form of delivery (residential, construction site, church, etc) will be billed to the customer. If expedited delivery is requested, customer will be responsible for shipping. Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the delivery site requires any delivery services, (lift gate/pallet jack, inside delivery, re-delivery, reconsignment, etc.), this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice. Conservation Mart reserves the right to notify customers of inventory changes at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order or to limit the order quantity on any product ordered. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between us will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. If your order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
