This is a durable, R2-style premium wall exhaust/intake hood. Its innovative design allows it to function as an exhaust hood with an airtight damper to prevent back-draft and heat loss, or as a fresh air intake by simply removing the damper. Made of painted galvanized steel, it is built to withstand outdoor elements and can be painted to match the exterior of your home. An optional plastic screen can be installed for bath fan and range hood applications to keep pests out, but it must be removed for clothes dryer venting.
