The Trim Kit for Smart Thermostat Essential covers up any unsightly blemishes on your wall exposed by removing your old thermostat.
Compatibility
This trim kit can only be used with Smart Thermostat Essential or Smart Thermostat Lite.
In homes where the thermostat attaches to a junction box, a plastic or metal box that houses wires, the Trim Kit is required to mount your smart thermostat. See FAQs below to learn how to safely check if your installation will require the Trim Kit. You may also want to pick up the Trim Kit to cover up any gaps or blemishes left by your old thermostat.
