The Delta BreezGreenBuilder GBR80LED is an ENERGY STAR qualified single-speed exhaust fan with an integrated dimmable LED light, featuring innovative DC brushless motor technology engineered for a minimum continuous run life of 70,000 hours. The fan delivers an airflow rating of 80 CFM and operates quietly at 0.8 Sones at 0.1 static pressure. It is highly efficient, consuming 11 Watts of power with an efficiency rating of 7.2 CFM/Watt. The unit includes a 13-Watt dimmable LED light (dimmer switch sold separately) that provides 850 Lumens of 3000K, 90 CRI light, is rated for 30,000 hours of life, and is compliant with CEC JA8 Title 24 requirements. It has a green LED indicator light to show when the power is on, includes hanger bars, and is UL and cUL listed for safe use over a tub or shower enclosure when connected to GFCI-protected branch circuit wiring.
