The Delta BreezGreenBuilder GBR80H is an ENERGY STAR qualified exhaust fan with an integrated humidity sensor, built using innovative brushless DC motor technology for reliable, long-life performance in green construction. This two-speed fan can be set for adjustable low-speed continuous operation (0 or 50 CFM) and features a humidity sensor with an adjustable relative humidity set-point (50% to 80% RH). When moisture is detected above the set-point, the fan automatically triggers full 80 CFM speed operation until the humidity is adequately removed. The fan operates perfectly quiet, achieving less than 0.8 Sones at full speed (80 CFM) and less than 0.3 Sones at low speed (50 CFM). It is highly efficient, with an efficiency rating up to 12.5 CFM/Watt at low speed. The unit includes blue and amber LED indicator lights to show the humidity control and full speed modes, comes with hanger bars, and is UL and cUL listed for safe use over a tub or shower enclosure when connected to GFCI-protected branch circuit wiring.
