The Delta BreezGreenBuilder GBR80HLED is an ENERGY STAR qualified fan, light, and humidity sensor combination built with a brushless DC motor technology for reliable, continuous, long-life operation. The fan operates at two speeds, delivering 80 CFM at full speed (0.8 Sones) and a quiet 50 CFM at its continuous low speed (0.5 Sones), achieving a high efficiency rating of up to 11.3 CFM/Watt. The humidity sensor features an adjustable set-point (around 50% to 80% RH), automatically boosting the fan to full speed when excess moisture is detected and then reverting to the pre-set low level once moisture is removed. The unit includes a 13-Watt dimmable LED light that provides 850 Lumens of 3000K, 90 CRI light, is rated for 30,000 hours of life, and is compliant with CEC JA8 Title 24 requirements. It is UL and cUL listed for safe use over a tub or shower enclosure when connected to GFCI-protected branch circuit wiring.
