The Delta BreezGreenBuilder GBR100LED is an ENERGY STAR qualified bath fan that integrates high-performance ventilation with dimmable LED lighting, suitable for spaces up to 100 square feet. It utilizes an innovative DC brushless motor engineered for long life and operates quietly at 1.5 Sones while providing 100 CFM of airflow at 0.1 static pressure. The fan includes a 13-Watt LED light module that produces approximately 850-943 lumens of warm white light (2700K-3000K, 80-90 CRI), which is equivalent to a 60-Watt incandescent bulb and has a rated lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. Power consumption for the fan and light combined is low, with the fan itself using around 13 Watts, achieving an efficiency of approximately 7.3-7.6 CFM/Watt. The unit is UL and cUL listed for ceiling mount installation, including over a tub or shower when used with GFCI-protected wiring, and features a green LED indicator light to show when the fan is powered on.
