The Delta BreezGreenBuilder GBR100H is an ENERGY STAR qualified dual-speed exhaust fan featuring an integrated humidity sensor and innovative DC brushless motor technology designed for high-performance ventilation in spaces up to 100 square feet. The fan runs at a quiet 1.4 Sones and 100 CFM at full speed, and can run continuously at a pre-set lower level of 0 or 60 CFM (0.5 Sones). The humidity sensor features an adjustable relative humidity set-point, typically between 50% to 80% RH, automatically boosting the fan to full speed when excess moisture is detected and returning to the pre-set low speed once humidity drops. It consumes a maximum of 12.6 Watts at full speed, yielding an efficiency rating of 7.9 CFM/Watt, and up to 12.2 CFM/Watt at low speed. The unit is UL approved for both ceiling and wall mount installation, includes blue and amber LED indicator lights to show its operating mode, and is UL and cUL listed for safe use over a tub or shower enclosure when connected to GFCI-protected branch circuit wiring.
