The MPC122S 2-in-1 Smart Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm from Universal Security Instruments is hardwired with a battery back-up, and features Photoelectric Technology that detects and protects against slow smoldering fires. Additionally, this alarm utilizes an electrochemical CO sensor to detect carbon monoxide while essentially eliminating nuisance alarms.
