Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order weight. Conservation Mart offers shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most orders for in-stock products ship the same day if received prior to 2 pm ET for UPS Ground and Fedex Ground shipments. Orders designated as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air received by 2:15 pm ET will ship the same day. Ground orders received after 2pm will ship the next business day. USPS Priority Mail Orders will ship the next business day.Order status and tracking information may be monitored through the Your Account section of the site.
International Shipments
We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service.Packaging
At Conservation Mart we are sensitive to that fact and strive to reduce both our customers’ and our own environmental impacts. We strive to reuse packaging boxes whenever possible. We primarily use 100% recycled polystyrene peanuts for packaging, and encourage you to recycle these peanuts. For locations of peanut recycling centers see the recycling sections of www.flopak.com, www.epspackaging.org or call the Peanut Hotline at 800-828-2214. Many Mail Boxes Etc® and The UPS Store™ locations also accept clean foam peanuts for recycling.Backorders
If products are on backorder we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail. You are also able to check on an order’s status through the Your Account section of our site.Order Modifications/Cancellations
