| This Globe enersaver® thermostat takes energy efficiency to the next level. Featuring an occupancy sensor, the thermostat can be programmed to reduce the temperature by a few degrees when a room is unoccupied for a few minutes, and automatically switch to an alternate setting when a room is empty for a few hours. This unique technology works in conjunction with the daily programmed settings, helping ensure that energy is not wasted in rooms where it is not needed.
Each day of the week can have a different program setting, with up to 4 on/off events per day. The screen is an easy-to read 1.75" x 2.0" display, with the time and temperature displayed. This thermostat has a solid-state TRIAC control, which provides for silent operation.
Finally, this thermostat has a Power Usage Meter that will show the actual power consumption of the baseboard heater, and a strength indicator to show hopw hard the system is working at any given time.
This thermostat is compatible with 120V/240V electric baseboard heat, radiant heaters, and air convection heaters. The temperature accuracy rating is +/- 0.3 degrees Fahrenheit.
