| The Quiet Giant Whole House Fan is a powerful 4500 CFM, 2 speed whole house fan. This product is the perfect compliment to the existing line of Quiet Cool QC1500 whole house fans. The Quiet Giant basically consists of two QC1500 units with larger higher speed motors and two 7 foot ducts connected to one ceiling box and one ceiling grille.
The ceiling box is 14" x 22" which allows it to be installed without an adapter kit in attics with 24" or 16" on-center framing. There are two motor housings that measure 16"x16". The 7' flexible ducting is attached to the back of the motor housing.
The Quiet Giant is designed to be installed in a central hallway and should be used as part of a multi-fan configuration. By installing a Quiet Giant in the central hallway and installing QC1500 fans in your occupied bedrooms, you will generate the maximum air flow.
The Quiet Giant whole house fan is also suitable for the homeowner wanting to replace a loud, traditional whole house fan with a quieter whole house fan system that you can run all night.
