The Par 16 lamp is equal to a 35 watt halogen bulb, yet the LED flood bulb lasts 25 times longer at the most, and consumes 80% less energy than the same bulb. These LED Par16 bulbs are commonly used for spot lighting, flood lighting, and in elevators. In addition to these applications, the selective heat sink technology which allows the Par CFL to last for up to 50,000 hours makes these bulbs ideal for hospitality, retail, and commercial use.
